About Rocavo
Engineering for
the whole system.
Rocavo, Inc. brings mechanical, electrical, controls, and software engineering into one coordinated process. We help teams turn requirements into practical, build-ready designs.
Why we’re building Rocavo
Building a machine shouldn’t mean building an entire engineering department.
Complex hardware demands decisions across disciplines. A mechanical change can affect the wiring, the controls, the software, and the way a system is assembled. Keeping those decisions connected takes time and experience.
We’re building Rocavo to make that work more accessible. Our approach starts with the outcome you need and carries a shared set of requirements through system design, verification, and build documentation.
Our long-term goal is to make custom systems faster to engineer, easier to build, and more reliable in operation.
How we work
Connected decisions.
Clear deliverables.
The Rocavo AI Engine is our internal engineering platform, currently in development. We’re developing it to coordinate design across disciplines and improve how future systems are engineered.
Each engagement begins with an agreed scope, deliverables, and schedule. The work can cover a focused design task, a subsystem, or a complete system’s engineering package.
Start with requirements
Establish performance targets, interfaces, operating conditions, and the constraints that affect construction.
Coordinate the design
Connect mechanical, electrical, controls, and software decisions so that changes are considered across the system.
Prepare for the build
Check the design against agreed requirements and prepare the drawings, bill of materials, and documentation within your project’s scope.

What do you need to build?
Bring a brief, an existing design, or a difficult engineering problem. We’ll help define a focused starting point.
